BIRD BAR

Located in the heart of Providence’s drinking district, with a crafted assortment of berry goods and seasonal charm, we welcome you to BirdBar. This urban space is designed to be of use for two parties, birds and humans, who partake in the same activity: intoxication.

In the spring and summer months, the space is a refuge for nesting birds seeking food and shelter and an ideal outdoor space for humans to gather, drink and banter.  As the season changes, the bounty of summer fruits ferment and the space is transformed from a human hub into a festival of drunken bird camaraderie.  Avian friends imbibe alcoholic nectar of summers memory, humans watch on with likeminded humor.  

A stark white path creates the main circulation corridor. Lined with ripe Mulberry ready to drop, fruit are deposited on the surface tracking and tracing movement - an intentional beautiful mess. With every stain and every season, the park holds the physical memory of it's past party goers.  A happy home to all those indulgent - it leaves no creature without a smile.
