A research pamphlet exploring where Dutch energy comes from, the future of offshore wind, and its integration into the public sphere. 

Can a turbine turn on lights in a public square? Can transferred energy move a chair, create a different atmosphere?  As these new systems tie in, what are we doing to involve the public to engage our perspectives of the unseen offshore?
