ANCIENT PERMACULTURE, TODAY'S CITIES
In the summer of 2016, colleague Olga Lucila Silva-Santisteban and I set off on a trip to research indigenous methods of permaculture in Meso and South America in order to catalog and educate others in the discipline about these time tested inventions. The end result was a design resource booklet in both English and Spanish about the technologies and their modern applications.
This project was funded through Rhode Island School of Design's Graduate Studies Grant.
